Our Experience
We are full time home inspectors. We do this all day, every day. If it’s doable, we do, if it’s goable, we go. If the crawlspace is accessible, we crawl. If the roof is walkable, we walk. If the attic can be entered, we enter. Clients are encouraged to be present for the end of the inspection if not for the entire inspection. We have been inspecting residential, multi-unit residential and some commercial buildings since 1992.
We inspect hundreds of homes a year, and average over a million square feet inspected annually. The owner, Don Carnathan, is a full and active member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), the largest professional organization for our field. He performs all inspections to their standards which have been adopted by the state of MS as the state standard and are the highest in the industry. We are also members of Mississippi Association of Home Inspectors, Jackson Association of Realtors, Exterior Design Institute, and the Better Business Bureau and more.
